About us
Septic service without the guesswork
Ozarks Septic exists to fix two frustrating things about buying septic work: not being able to learn what anything costs until a truck is in your driveway, and being quoted a new lateral field by someone who never opened the distribution box.
We work across Greene County and Christian County — Springfield, Nixa, Ozark, Republic, Battlefield, Rogersville, Willard, and the acreage in between where the sewer line stops. That focus matters more here than it would elsewhere. Ozarks ground is shallow soil over fractured dolomite, and a system design that is routine in deep soil is sometimes not permitted at all on a lot half a mile away.
How we work
Ozarks Septic connects you with a local, registered, and insured septic contractor who does the actual work. We put the information you would normally have to extract from a contractor — what the work typically costs, and an honest account of when pumping is enough and when it is not — directly on the site, then get a vetted operator out to you with a free written quote.
This website is operated as a marketing and lead-generation service. Ozarks Septic is not a licensed septic contractor and does not perform tank pumping, lateral field repair, or system installation directly. All work is performed by independent, licensed and insured local contractors.
This website shares your information with a local, licensed, and insured septic vendor who will contact you, the consumer, with the information you provide here.
What we believe
- Published pricing. You should not have to book a visit to find out what a pump-out typically costs. The ranges are on the service pages.
- Diagnosis before excavation. A tipped distribution box and a dead lateral field produce identical symptoms and differ by five figures. One gets opened before anyone quotes the other.
- Registered or nothing. Installation and repair are permitted work in Missouri. Every contractor we work with is registered and carries real liability cover.
- You get told what we saw. Baffle condition, filter state, sludge depth, and a next interval based on your tank rather than a default three years.
- No invented urgency. If the tank is fine, we say so and tell you when to book next.
On reviews and photographs
You will not find testimonials or job photos on this site yet, because we are not going to publish ones that are not real. When there is genuine work behind them they will go up. Until then, the pricing, the guides, and our willingness to explain what we would actually do are what we are asking you to judge us on.
